    TRIAGE WORKFLOW

    A reliable triage loop is: filter the queue, assign owners, move status, and close or reopen with reason.

    1. Filter
    Narrow by status, severity, assignee, or tag.
    2. Assign
    Set responsible member before moving to in_review.
    3. Update
    Move open → in_review → resolved or wont_fix.
    4. Verify
    Use split view to validate comment thread + metadata.
